How to Play Dr. Mario
Use your keyboard to control the falling capsules:
Arrow Keys – Move capsules left, right, or down to drop faster
Z – Rotate capsules clockwise
X – Rotate capsules counterclockwise
Enter – Start, pause, or resume the game
Match four of the same color — vertically or horizontally — using capsule halves and viruses to clear them from the board. But be careful! If the capsules stack too high, it’s game over.

Combine red, blue, and yellow capsules to defeat matching viruses
Create combos and chain reactions for extra points
Choose your difficulty: LOW, MED, or HI capsule speed
